Send a written change request that identifies the order, SKU, approved artwork version and exact replacement text or graphic. Ask whether printing or other production steps have already started before assuming the change is still possible. Request written confirmation of any impact on cost, schedule, packaging materials and existing stock. GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd. should receive the revised file only with a clear version label and approval record. Keep the previous file archived but marked as superseded. Do not treat a new attachment alone as confirmation that the change has been accepted.
