A reference sample illustrates an idea or available product, while an approved sample records the specific configuration accepted for your order. A reference may differ in color, packaging, components or branding from the final specification. Identify those differences explicitly rather than treating any delivered sample as automatic production approval. Keep the approved sample identifier, photographs and written decision with your order file. When discussing sampling with GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd., state whether you need a general reference or a project-specific sample. Confirm any remaining changes before authorizing the next stage.
