Identify the sample and SKU, then organize feedback by components, colors, dimensions, packaging and artwork. Describe each issue precisely and include a photograph with a measurement or reference where useful. Separate required corrections from preferences so the team can understand what prevents approval. Avoid sending conflicting decisions through several contacts. Provide GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd. with one consolidated feedback record and request confirmation of the agreed changes. If a revision changes another detail, such as the packed size or contents list, review that related detail before approving the updated sample.
