Send a written request quoting the order number, affected SKU and the exact change. State whether quantities, components, colors, packaging, artwork or delivery arrangements are affected. Ask the supplier to confirm feasibility and any impact on cost or timing before treating the change as accepted. Replace superseded documents with clearly numbered revisions while keeping an archive. For orders with GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd., use one designated contact to consolidate changes. Confirm the final accepted version across the order, specification and artwork files to avoid conflicting instructions.
