Identify the order, SKU and affected carton or batch references. Describe the expected component and what was actually found, then attach clear photos of the pack, contents and relevant labels. Record how many packs were checked and how many showed the issue; distinguish observed findings from estimates for unchecked stock. Send the report to GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd. with your preferred contact details. Retain representative affected packs while the issue is reviewed. Any remedy should be discussed against the confirmed specification, supporting evidence and agreed order terms.
