Compare the component list, quantities, materials, dimensions, color references, packaging and artwork against the approved record. Include small accessories and labels, since they can affect presentation and assembly even when the main decoration looks similar. If a detail needs to change, document the proposal and obtain approval before updating the reference. GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd. should receive the same revision used by your purchasing and receiving teams. Keep any accepted differences linked to the new order so future reorders do not accidentally revert to an older configuration.
