Partner Brief: Clarifying Roles in a Private-Label Project

A private-label project brings together product, artwork and purchasing decisions. GleeParty and Yiwu Jingjie Crafts Co., Ltd. encourage buyers to identify the responsible contacts before the number of files and revisions grows.

Prepare the discussion

Assign a contact for product specifications, one for artwork approval where needed and one for commercial coordination. Clarify who supplies brand assets, confirms barcode data and accepts sample changes. The same person may cover several roles, but the decision path should remain clear.

Agree on the next step

Record the approved file versions and the next action after each review. This helps the team distinguish an idea under discussion from a confirmed instruction. Project-specific responsibilities should be agreed rather than assumed from a standard product inquiry.
